THE ELEVEN
The next generation of refuge for
women and children escaping Domestic Abuse
REAL CHANGE FOR REAL PEOPLE
The Eleven has created the blueprint for how women and children’s refuges will operate in the future.

We believe where you begin should not dictate where you end up.

Our aim is to break generational cycles of victimhood, perpetration and welfare dependancy by putting
social and economic mobility at the heart of the work we do.
We know social diversity is one of the keys to safer communities, happier families and prosperous citizens so we're passionate about the life changing opportunities both social and economic improvement can bring for families escaping Domestic Abuse.

It's time to truly tackle the social injustice of unaddressed trauma and its subsequent economic consequences.

FAMILY REHABILITATION AS NEVER

Our Mission
Survival to Success
The trap of survival mode ensures continued external reliance and dependancy whilst blocking any vision of improvement or opportunity.
The Eleven will work closely with women and children to expose them to what more they could be
Our Method
360 for 365
The journey to a brighter future
One of the key elements that makes the concept of The Eleven unique is our 360 for 365 cohesive technique.
A precarious, temporary, multi agency
approach simply isn’t effective or efficient.

Families are provided with a safe, secure private home within The Eleven for 365 days with onsite 360 structured support.

Our team work with families to define a tangible pathway towards recovery and independence so they are ready and
equipped for life when they leave The Eleven.

The Eleven is an all round embrace that encourages and empowers families to work past their trauma and engage with opportunities that will elevate their lives for generations.

EDUCATION

EMOTION
Long term, generational welfare dependancy is an effect of Domestic Abuse, Social Injustice- in our opinion the cause.
Lack of access to the 3E's ensures continued inability to recover and prosper for those affected by Domestic Abuse.
Our trusted network of partners, who are as passionate as us about tangible social impact will work with residents of
The Eleven to educate, train and support them towards renewed or newly discovered confidence, abilities and talents which will ultimately propel them towards financial and emotional prosperity and independence.

The Eleven
Direct Action - Direct Results
Education
The future starts with an idea

Many of our residents will have limited education affecting not only their confidence but their ability to secure opportunities that will elevate their lives.
So whether its GCSES, a vocational course or university, our families will have access to our network of educators, course providers and equipment that allows them to flourish and grow.

Children are also provided intermediary educational support.
Employment
Its time for a female economic revolution

Our trusted network of training providers and employers work with our mothers to make sure she has the necessary skills to enter the workplace when she is ready.
From work experience to up skill training or internships, there’s something for everyone with industries coming on board continuing to expand and diversify.
Emotion
Thriving not simply surviving
Emotional well being is the heart of a happy family.
Our team of councillors, mental health and holistic therapists guide our families to understanding their trauma, themselves and their role within their family whilst providing coping strategies that support a pathway to recovery.

The Future
The Eleven - a sister you choose
Our outcomes have to be tangible and effective for real people and real lives, but we realise long term, generational improvement doesn’t happen quickly.
The Eleven is in it for the long game.

Post our families 365 residency, we're still by their side for as long as they need and want us to be.
Founded from experience
Our founder was the child
The Eleven aims to support.

Her family was the family
The Eleven wants to stand beside.
Her journey to building
The Eleven isn't easy, but it is a necessary step in helping change the future for those who share her experiences.
